By using this site and/or it's services, you agree to the following:

A) Terms and conditions:

  1. RS-PS is not in any way affialiated with any other private server network, games site or online game.
  2. RS-PS does not violate any contracts, copyrights, trademarks or intellectual property of any other company
  3. RS-PS does not host any questionable content on it's servers, content hosted on other servers cannot be accounted for by RS-PS.org or any of it's staff.
  4. We take strong precautions to prevent fraud, phising, attacks, hacking and any other malicious activity
  5. We cannot take responsibility for any content linked to RS-PS from another server. Links are not illegal in any way.
  6. Any information displayed on the site or the forums is solely for educational purposes.
  7. Private servers are reverse-engineered copies of an online game, and although some aspects of this may be illegal, discussing it on our site is not.
  8. Users must not use proxies on the vote page, doing so will get you banned and/or the server locked for review. We can easily detect proxy activity.

B) Refunds + Returns policy:

  1. You agree not to claim maliciously against any of my payment accounts to effectively gain "free" items or services.
  2. ALL payment data and statuses are logged server-side, so we will know if you deserve a refund or if your payment wasn't completed.
  3. Errors on your side including (but not limited to): mis-spelled server names, unauthorized payments, form variable tampering, price dodging, cannot be accounted for by RS-PS.org. If you claim or open a dsipute because of an error on your behalf, we reserve the right to permenantly delete or ban your account.
  4. If we have recieved the payment notification report, and there is an error on our behalf, we will of course refund you. If there is a problem with the payment processing service at any time, you are also entitled to a refund.
  5. If there is an error on your behalf, you're not entitled to a refund.
  6. If we recieve no payment, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  7. Mobile phone payments may be considerably more depending on your contry of residence. You will still recieve the same services/items.
  8. You must pay the exact prices stated by rs-ps.org for it's products or services. A list of these can be found below. These do not apply for mobile phone payments.

        These prices are subject to change at any time. If you pay amounts other than these, you will not recieve your upgrades.
